William Shakespeare’s Land of the Dead

Bullets Over Broadway - The Musical

Struggling 1920s playwright David Shayne (Nick Bradford), having failed to secure financing for his latest work, reluctantly makes a deal with mob boss Nick Valenti (Braden enter last name here) : a Broadway debut with the chance to direct, as long as Nick's flibbertigibbet girlfriend, Olive (Ella Patel), plays one of the lead roles. As Olive and star Helen Sinclair (Bella Gomez) attempt to upstage each other, Olive's gangland bodyguard Cheech (David enter last name here) starts suggesting changes to David's script.

After a flight back home, Sam Hendrix (Keita Tanabe) returns with a doll he innocently acquired along the way. As it turns out, the doll is actually stuffed with heroin, and a group of criminals led by Roat (Nick Bradford) has followed Hendrix back to his place to retrieve it. When Hendrix leaves for business, the crooks make their move -- and find his blind wife, Susy (Carrie Clausen), alone in the apartment. Soon, a life-threatening game begins between Susy and the thugs.
